    Question 1: When can I get the product?
    Answer 1: Hello, your. After ordering, the order can usually be delivered within 4 ~ 6 working days after delivery. Korean customs clearance will be 2 ~ 3 business days. (It will not be included on weekends). Delivery in Korea will take 1-3 business days.

    Question 2: When I look at the order history, I get a message that I already sent it. Why is there no courier service?
    Answer 2: Overseas Agent Purchase Sincerity shipping process has procedures such as international shipping >> Customs clearance >> Domestic delivery. You can not see the delivery charge when you ship the goods to China. After the completion of customs clearance, you can inquire courier information from the beginning of domestic delivery.
