    Please try to reset the earphones following the demonstration in the video: https://youtu.be/YVvKKpIel38 Please also try to connect using both an iPhone / Android phone.

    Please follow the following steps:
    1) Reset the earphone (http://bogo.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/16599/~/how-do-i-reset-beoplay-e8-and-remove-all-paired-bluetooth-devices%3F) [To reset, touch and hold the left and right earphone simultaneously until the product indicator is flashing red (approximately 10 seconds) E8 will turn off once the reset is completed]
    2) Forget or disconnect the bluetooth
    3) Reconnect the bluetooth By the way, we checked with B&O warranty hotline : they said if product 1) not fully charged; or 2) have a wide distance between earphones & mobile; or 3) wireless effect from the environment; either one of the above reasons may cause one or both side earphone no sound.

    If the problem that you've mentioned is still exist, please notice us as soon as possible.

    You could contact manufacturer Korea and ask if they would be willing to provide a/s in Korea for this item.

    We provide a warranty (a/s) for item defects for 7 days only which does not include man-made damage. In your case, this has already expired.

    Since B&O Korea are not willing to provide a/s in Korea for your E8, you will either have to pay B&O Korea for repairs or contact a local repair shop.
