    I got a tape on the opening part of the box, but the tape is cut once with a knife (it is a part of the opening and the transparent tape used for general packaging is attached, and the tape is cut open with a knife).

    We are not sure why there is a knife cut on the tape. This could be the manufacturer's error. We apologise for this.

    You do not drink genuine goods. I am asking if it is a returned product. Why do you have another answer? In all three openings on the box, there is a commonly used wrapper tape that is cut with a knife and a rounded tape on it. If you can not confirm this, what do you want me to do?
    I have written eco, auto and boost mode on the Lcd screen, and the products I received are displayed as eco, med, boost. Why is auto replaced with med?

    We have checked it, as it is UK version, our staff opened it and replace a US version plug to you, that's why it was already opened it.

    And for the Med mode and Auto mode problem. We have checked it from the Dyson official website. It says that the Auto mode will only exist when you are using the main head (please check the attached file).

    We are terrible sorry for item defective when received.
    Would you please return the product to us with whole package if you want a full refund. Or return the defective part (main machine) if you want to have an exchange. Please kindly use bubble-wrapped for the goods in order to avoid damage during delivery.

    We will check the returned product first after we received it to see if it is defective or not. If it is really a defective product, then we will make a full refund or replacement.     Please securely wrap the item and print out the attached form. FedEx will arrange a convenient pickup time with you and then you will need to give the item / form to the FedEx driver. The export invoice is included and an invoice number is not necessary.
