    It is not possible to exchange or return because of the following reasons.

    1. It has been confirmed that the product has been used for more than 30 days on the date of receipt. In this case, it can not be exchanged or refunded. (Please confirm the initial defect, exchange and refund policy among the instructions at the bottom of the product details page.)
